  • Advanced Material Design – creating alloys with carefully defined properties, including chemical composition, physical characteristics, functional performance, and application suitability.
  • Optimized Supply Chains – streamlining alloy component procurement with a focus on both commercial efficiency and technical requirements.
Our interdisciplinary team works closely with clients to deliver practical, high-performance solutions that meet the highest technical and economic standards.
Product & Process Development
We support our clients in designing and optimizing production workflows for end products made from pre-defined alloys.

Our approach takes into account:
  • Application-Specific Requirements – tailoring processes to the unique demands of each use case.
  • Product Geometry – optimizing for shape, functionality, and performance.
  • Material Efficiency – minimizing waste throughout manufacturing.
  • Production Method Selection – helping clients choose the most suitable manufacturing techniques.
  • Supplier Sourcing – identifying reliable component suppliers to ensure smooth, high-quality production.

Additionally, we develop strategies for the efficient recycling and reuse of production residues, ensuring sustainable, cost-effective, and future-ready processes.
We cast high-precision components from our innovative metal alloys.

Our process enables:
  • Series Production – consistently producing large batches with the same high quality.
  • Impressive Scale – individual parts weighing up to 70 kg, up to 800 mm in diameter, and up to 1 meter in height.
  • Exceptional Accuracy – tight tolerances and superior surface finish, even for complex geometries.
  • High-Performance Alloys – leveraging our proprietary materials for strength, durability, and reliability.

Our vacuum precision casting combines advanced metallurgy and cutting-edge manufacturing, delivering components ready for aerospace, energy, and high-performance industrial applications.
